Qualifications & experience

  1. University degree / fresh graduate
  2. English B1minimum, B2 preferred, (will be tested in the recruitment process)
  3. Excellent written communication skills in english
  4. Fresh Graduate / Experience handling ecommerce/social media
  5. Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity
  7. Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons

Tasks & responsibilities

  1. Answering an Incoming Chats and Respond to Emails
  2. Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and social media
  3. Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
  4. Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
