| Staff Engineering |
- Diploma degree from Mechatronics or Electronics with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Understand the basics of manufacturing/machining processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, a plus if skilled in (CAD, Solidworks, Inventor).
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and willing to learn.

- Achieve department targets in accordance with the management policy framework (Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Moral).
- Control the achievement of work results for the Process Engineering Department.
- Conduct and ensure the implementation of efficiency and productivity programs.
- Maintain a production work environment that refers to environmental standards and applicable 5R standards.
- Conduct coordination internally or with other departments.

| Supervisor (Operation & Engineering) |
- Bachelor’s degree from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Have at least 1 year working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Have knowledge of manufacturing process
- Have good communication, able to work in a team and able to work individually
- Have good and logical analysis and thinking
