  • 💪Lead High-Performance Teams – Build, coach, and empower a team of 60+ crew members and assistant managers 
  • 📦Deliver Operational Excellence – Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards exceed expectations 
  • 📈Drive Business Results – Hit sales targets, control costs, manage inventory, and maximize profitability 
  • 🧠Mentor Future Leaders – Develop Assistant Store Managers to be the next wave of store leaders

Kualifikasi:

  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Store Manager in a fast-food brand or high-volume restaurant
  • Proven experience leading large teams (60+ members) and managing daily operations as well as assistant managers
  • Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and accountable for achieving targets, cost control, and overall P&L management
  • Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays
  • Available to join immediately and willing to be assigned to all operational areas of Dikichi

Detail Posisi Asisstant Store Manager

Gambaran Tugas

  • Oversee Daily Operations – Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store execution from open to close 
  • Build & Lead the Crew – Coach crew members, uplift team performance, and onboard new hires with clarity and energy  
  • Maintain Service Standards – Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are consistently met 
  • Drive Performance – Help hit daily sales targets, manage shift plans, and control inventory efficiently 
  • Manage Operational Costs – Take ownership of cost control and budgeting 
  • Be a Problem Solver – Handle customer complaints, team issues, and daily challenges swiftly and calmly 
  • Fast-Track to Store Manager – Follow a structured development plan designed to help you grow into a full Store Manager role

Kualifikasi:

  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager, preferably in the F&B sector
  • Experienced in leading teams and managing operational processes in restaurants or similar establishments
  • Strong communication and managerial skills
  • Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays
  • Available to join immediately and willing to be assigned to all operational areas of Dikichi

Detail Posisi Store Supervisor

Gambaran Tugas

  • Ensure Smooth Store Operations – From opening to closing, make sure the store runs efficiently and delivers the Dikichi experience. 
  • Drive Sales Performance – Execute daily sales plans, oversee promotions, and help achieve store revenue targets. 
  • Lead & Supervise the Crew – Supervise day-to-day crew activities, monitor performance, and give clear, constructive feedback. 
  • Maintain Store Cleanliness – Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas at all times. 
  • Own Inventory & Stock – Manage daily stock levels, monitor usage, and prevent loss or overstock. 
  • Understand P&L & Operational Metrics – Monitor store profitability, optimize costs, and report on store KPIs.

Kualifikasi:

  • Maximum age of 35 years old
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major
  • At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
  • Experience in leading a team (preferred)
  • Strong communication and managerial skills
  • Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays
  • Available to join immediately and willing to be assigned to all operational areas of Dikichi
