Gambaran Tugas
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting and construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful lighting project opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare project proposals, quotations, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor’s Degree (D3/D4/S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor is considered an advantage.
