Now we are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Management
Development Program (MDP)—a comprehensive initiative designed to develop future leaders
through immersive, hands-on experiences across multiple departments and companies,
strategic projects, and leadership training.
Program Overview:
This 24-month structured program offers a challenging and rewarding journey
across Asiacross Group’s diverse business lines, including holding, manufacturing,
property, and consumer sectors. Participants will gain exposure to critical business areas,
equipping them with the skills and insights needed to drive sustainable growth and innovation.
Throughout the program, participants will rotate across five key pillars:
✔ Operations
✔ Customer
✔ Financial & Cost Management
✔ Data & Technology
✔ Sustainability

Requirements
Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of:
3.00 for Bachelor’s degree
3.25 for Master degree
Maximum age: 28 years old
Work experience: Not required, but a maximum of 2 years is acceptable
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and drive results
Active involvement in university or community organizations, preferably in
a coordinator or leadership role
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in IT and digital tools
Willing to be placed in any operational location of Asiacross’s subsidiaries
