Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00 preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience as Recruiter/Talent Acquisition/Executive Search.
3. Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing.
4. Experience with social media, CV databases, and professional networks to proactively source candidates.
5. Strong knowledge in Psychological Tools and Scoring Test (have experience in Assessment Process would be advantage).
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in salary negotiation and proposal.
8. Self driven and can work well under tight schedule.
9. Willing to work at Head Office East Jakarta.
