Job Description:
- Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation (help files, user guides, quick start guides, etc.) for print and online use.
- Create high-quality help content and UI messaging.
- Collaborate with teams to gather information and requirements.
- Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and user-focused.
- Prepare documents for shipment, demos, or customer use.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Journalism, Life Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- If not an English major, must provide an English proficiency certificate (TOEFL ITP 550 or equivalent).
- At least 1 year of experience in technical writing (IT/Life Science preferred).
- Strong writing skills, tech-savvy, knowledge of MadCap Flare & desktop publishing is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently and in a team with a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work in Salatiga.
